Dear Khairi,

Happy first anniversary! (And more to come of course!) Don’t you think we look real happy in the picture? Hehehe. For the lack of creativity juices, I shall do a public card online. Good enough? (: I hope so!

Let’s begin. 26th January 2009, there was this handsome young lad who presented me a box full of chocolates, full of dried flowers, full of hope. That very moment, I could remember my heart leaped a million feet above the sky as I opened the green card with that lacy ribbon. That very same moment, I gave you my heart.

You walked with me through a garden of roses. Beautiful, though at times the thorns hurt so bad. Yet, I still want to continue walking. As long as I’m with you, no matter how sharp those thorns are, we’ll be strong enough to continue.

Along the way, both of us got hurt. During the painful struggle to come out stronger than before, we learned more about each other. Things that we never knew existed, shows its presence. Alas, like winning a battle in a battlefield - Victory! We emerge as the stronger competitor, not succumbing to the calls of negativity.

Up to this very day, minutes closer to 26th January 2010, we’re still walking through the gardens. And we will walk, till that day comes when we make vows and exchange wedding bands.

Di dalam saat-saat sebegini, aku amat memerlukanmu. Hanya di sinilah dapatku meluahkan perasaanku. Tidak sanggup aku menahan sebak di dada ini. Hello everyone! I have heard many great reviews on Clinique’s products, and therefore, after personally trying the samples out, I love it too! So I bought the above set for SGD$157. (The above picture is of a box of samples given to me by the consultant. I do not have pictures of the actual containers.) However, after many days of using it, I find that it’s not suitable for my skin. I continued using it until one month later, I decided to try out the Anti-Blemish range of products, also from Clinique. It proved to be better, but I have already given up on using Clinique. Therefore, I exchanged my first set of Clinique’s toner and moisturiser for a brand new set of Clinique’s Anti-Blemish Solutions Clarifying Lotion, Clearing Moisturiser and an Exfoliating Scrub as shown in the picture below. (:
